A hands-on People Development Business Partner supporting Canon UK & Ireland’s people strategy by identifying capability needs, shaping development plans, and delivering blended learning solutions. Partners with leaders, HRBPs and stakeholders to design and implement learning interventions, manage LMS, and drive performance and talent initiatives across UK & Ireland.

Key Responsibilities

•Act as a trusted partner to leaders and HRBPs, identifying capability needs and shaping targeted development plans.
•Conduct learning needs analysis and translate insights into actionable solutions, supporting the annual development roadmap.
•Partner on performance and talent discussions to ensure development priorities are identified and addressed.
•Design and deliver blended learning interventions aligned to organisational priorities.
•Facilitate workshops and development programmes for employees and managers.
