Key Responsibilities

•Own the roadmap, backlog, and execution for multiple government payment features across channels including online, POS, IVR, and electronic check.
•Translate government agency, merchant, and internal stakeholder needs into product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
•Lead feature delivery from discovery through release in partnership with engineering and UX teams to deliver secure, scalable solutions.
•Prioritize enhancements, defects, and operational issues based on customer impact, regulatory risk, and business value.
•Use structured discovery, data analysis, and direct agency feedback to capture and prioritize customer needs; interpret regulatory/policy and market changes into actionable insights.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 104,900 - 174,700 annually

Key Requirements

•6-8 years of product management experience, including payments and merchant fees experience.
•Experience working in Agile product delivery environments (Scrum or Kanban).
•Working knowledge of payments, merchant services, or fintech platforms, including PayFac/merchant services models.
•Ability to translate government customer and business needs into actionable product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
•Familiarity with PCI compliance, fraud/risk, and chargeback workflows; experience across payment channels such as eCommerce, POS, IVR, or electronic check processing.
