Key Responsibilities

  • •Independently manage and resolve complex end-to-end employee exits with minimal supervision across international jurisdictions.
  • •Provide trusted guidance on HR matters including termination, resignation, transfer procedures, employment contracts, and redundancy processes to ensure legal compliance.
  • •Lead and facilitate offboarding and workforce reduction consultation meetings, including negotiations in separations and settlements.
  • •Draft and administer termination and supplementary documents while maintaining employee records with strict privacy and confidentiality.
  • •Act as first point of escalation for employee relations matters, track cases, coordinate stakeholders, and proactively drive process improvements via automation and product development.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience as an HR Advisor or HR Business Partner with generalist HR competencies across the employee lifecycle.
  • •Proven ability to independently manage voluntary and involuntary exits (terminations) with legal compliance across jurisdictions.
  • •Strong understanding of employee relations, progressive discipline, and workplace investigation fundamentals.
  • •Ability to interpret and apply industrial instruments, analyze complex HR issues, and translate research into practical guidance for clients and internal stakeholders.
  • •Superior communication, influencing, conflict management, and negotiation skills, with strict confidentiality; business-level written and spoken English.
