Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as recruitment consultant and primary point of contact for candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
  • •Own full-cycle recruiting for assigned requisitions, including intake meetings, applicant review/qualification, first interviews, and recommendations.
  • •Manage multiple requisitions and coordinate with HR leadership to meet time-to-fill and quality-of-hire objectives.
  • •Screen and interview candidates against job requirements, including DEI-focused recruiting and candidate status/disposition in the ATS for OFCCP compliance.
  • •Support intern recruitment and intern program initiatives, including attending intern events and assisting with intern onboarding back-up activities as needed.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 51,600 - 70,000

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree and one or more years of recruitment experience in a corporate HR department or recruitment agency, or equivalent education/experience.
  • •Own intake, screening/qualification, first interviews, and recommending candidates for assigned requisitions.
  • •Use behavioral interviewing techniques and develop job-based criteria interview guides.
  • •Experience sourcing and prospecting candidates through tools and channels such as networking and LinkedIn Recruiter (preferred).
  • •Familiarity with navigating HRIS systems and intern recruitment/program management (preferred).
