Key Responsibilities

  • •Component selection, schematic capture and PCB design of multi-layer PCBs (4-12 layers).
  • •Wiring diagram creation for radio wiring harnesses.
  • •Validate that new PCB and harness designs meet design requirements.
  • •Follow best practices to achieve successful mixed signal PCB and harness design.
  • •Define PCB stack up, materials, and design rules to meet performance requirements and manufacturing feasibility.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor of Science Degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or closely related field.
  • •Minimum two (2) years of experience in multi-layer PCB design.
  • •Experience implementing digital communication peripherals at a hardware level, such as USB 2.0, Ethernet, I2C, and RS232.
  • •Experience designing power supply circuitry.
  • •Strong familiarity with test equipment such as DMM, bench top supply, oscilloscope, logic analyzer, spectrum analyzer.
