Job Summary

Lead the verification environment for high-performance digital ASICs and FPGAs, designing SystemVerilog-based architectures using OVM/UVM and building RTL testbenches in VHDL/SystemVerilog. Own test planning, testcase development, and coverage tracking (code, functional, assertions), and recommend tools and practices to improve the ASIC/FPGA verification flow. Provide technical leadership for project verification teams and help shape engineering estimates for new programs.

Key Responsibilities

•Architect and design a verification environment for high-performance digital ASICs and FPGAs using SystemVerilog with OVM/UVM.
•Create test plans and testcases, and track code coverage and functional coverage.
•Develop RTL verification testbenches using VHDL or SystemVerilog.
•Recommend new tools and practices to continuously improve the ASIC/FPGA verification flow and contribute to engineering estimates.
•Provide technical leadership to project verification teams by breaking down work, planning activities, and reporting status.

Key Requirements

•Typically requires a STEM degree and at least 8 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with at least 5 years of experience.
•Active and transferable U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date.
•U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
•Demonstrated experience developing and simulating RTL designs using VHDL and/or Verilog in a professional FPGA or ASIC development environment.
•Proven ability to design, implement, and execute verification testbenches for RTL blocks using VHDL and/or SystemVerilog.
