Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver outstanding service to consumers using Crocs’ C.H.A.R.M. service model.
  • •Follow Asset Protection policies and procedures, including shortage prevention, inventory control, and compliance.
  • •Collaborate with Store Management using sales-driven techniques to improve personal KPIs.
  • •Support daily retail operations including POS management, stock replenishment, pricing and markdown processes, loyalty program promotion, and cleanliness standards.
  • •Learn and assist in store departments such as consumer service, product knowledge and placement, visual presentation, and stock room management.

Key Requirements

  • •Be at least 18 years old.
  • •1 to 2 years of working experience, preferably in retail.
  • •Fluent in English; proficiency in other languages is an advantage.
  • •Basic computer proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Email, and ability to operate a retail Point of Sale (POS) system.
  • •Ability to work a rotational shift basis including nights, Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays.
