Heavy Equipment Shop Technician (Mechanic)

Maintain and repair heavy equipment machinery and aerial lifts at a rental facility, diagnosing mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel issues using real-time data and the company’s T3 platform. Create and monitor work orders, track service intervals, order parts, and maintain daily documentation. Work Monday–Friday with overtime and potential on-call scheduling, support equipment pick-up/delivery, and assist in training lower-level technicians.
