Job Summary

Provide pre-sales technical support and consultancy for Telco and Enterprise customers, translating requirements and challenges into security solution designs and implementations. Lead presales activities across proposals, demos, and presentations, and support RFP/RFI tender documentation and POC demos. Serve as a NetOps specialist for technical strategies and project delivery, including Unified SASE and CNAPP solution frameworks. Deliver training to channels and distributors and travel to customer sites as needed.

Job Function: IT Operations (Systems/Network Admin)

Key Responsibilities

•Provide pre-sales support and technical consultancy to Telco and Enterprise customers.
•Propose and deliver security solution design and implementation solutions based on customer requirements and challenges.
•Execute presales solution offerings, including proposals, demos, and presentations.
•Prepare tender documents and support RFPs, RFIs, and POC demos, including in NetOps contexts.
•Provide professional services and training to channels and distributors, and travel to customer sites as needed.

Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

•Client-facing experience assisting external customers with specific products.
•Excellent oral and written skills to explain technical concepts clearly.
•Deep knowledge of Unified SASE (Secure Access Service Edge, SDWAN, Universal ZTNA, DLP) and CNAPP.
•Ability to contribute as a NetOps specialist by designing solutions and supporting project delivery to clients.
•Familiarity with cloud platforms and environments including AWS, Azure, GCP, and Kubernetes.
