Job Summary

Lead day-to-day growth of an eCommerce partner ecosystem by developing and managing strategic relationships with enablers/agencies. Drive revenue through agency-led sales, marketing, and operational programs, identify new opportunities by connecting agencies with high-potential merchants, and run business reviews to improve performance. Build and incubate TSPs as an acquisition engine, support merchant enablement, and plan offline events to strengthen partner visibility and relationships.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop and manage enablers/agencies (TSPs), including knowledge-sharing, incubating sessions, and capability-building initiatives.
•Own ecosystem health by improving partner quality, efficiency, and alignment with business goals.
•Drive revenue growth through agency-led sales, marketing, and operational programs.
•Identify and activate new business opportunities by aligning agencies with high-potential merchants and running business reviews to evaluate performance.
•Build and incubate the TSP acquisition engine, support merchant enablement, and plan offline events to increase TSP visibility.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
•3+ years of experience in eCommerce, partner management, commercial operations, or growth strategy.
•Strong analytical and presentation skills with high attention to detail.
•Solid communication, interpersonal, and project management skills.
•Experience in performance tracking, data interpretation, and conducting business reviews.
