Key Responsibilities

  • •Own financial performance of market, program, and client accounts including budgeting, forecasting, reporting, billing/revenue recognition documentation, AR collection, expense monitoring, and P&L.
  • •Manage and lead project management staff, including supervision, mentoring, training needs, motivation, performance evaluation, and staffing decisions (hiring/termination/advancement).
  • •Guide project management phases from procurement/contracting through initiation, planning, execution, monitoring/controlling, and closeout with focus on scope, budget, schedule, quality, and risk.
  • •Administer contracts end-to-end: procurement, negotiation, execution, administration, and closeout; ensure compliance with corporate governance policies and controls.
  • •Develop business growth by pursuing new opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and coordinating cross-selling with other CBRE business lines in assigned markets/accounts.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 85,000 - 100,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree required (BA/BS/BArch/Bang).
  • •Minimum of eight years of progressive experience in project/program delivery or related work.
  • •Directly managing a work group or leading 3rd-party project delivery resources/team.
  • •Prior supervisory experience with direct report responsibilities preferred.
  • •Proficiency in sophisticated business/financial documents and reporting; intermediate Microsoft Office Suite skills.
