  • •Start in the Market Operations Customer Advocate role and create memorable customer experiences at vending machines or showrooms.
  • •Apply learned skills every six months to earn certification in different parts of how Carvana operates.
  • •Learn end-to-end how the company moves a car from click to customer and how fulfillment handles haulers and first-to-last mile.
  • •Work hands-on across the operation, from detail bay to driveway, including driving and delivering curated customer experiences.
