Job Summary

Embed with customers to develop, debug, and deploy production-grade AI applications, rapidly evolving prototypes into stable Agent systems. Design AI- and cloud-based architectures that integrate with customer APIs and data systems while meeting security requirements. Translate recurring technical challenges into product feature requests and partner with customer engineering teams to drive long-term adoption and business value.

Key Responsibilities

•Develop a deep understanding of customers’ business scenarios and rapidly build AI application prototypes for validation.
•Iterate prototypes into production-grade agent systems and drive product feature iteration.
•Design AI- and cloud-based architectures and implement solutions within customer environments, integrating with customer APIs and data systems while meeting security requirements.
•Build high-performance evaluation pipelines and observability frameworks to ensure agent systems meet accuracy, safety, and latency requirements.
•Partner with customers’ engineering teams to ensure successful deployment and long-term stability, high adoption, and sustained business value.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field, or equivalent hands-on experience.
•More than 3 years of software development experience with strong proficiency in Vibe Coding.
•Hands-on experience building AI applications, including prompt engineering, fine-tuning, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and agent development.
•Experience designing and developing cloud-based architectures using cloud service APIs/SDKs, automated deployment, and scalable systems.
•Experience with complex agent systems using open-source or commercial agent frameworks such as LangGraph or CrewAI (preferred).
