Analyst - Finance

Own day-to-day accounts payable/receivable processing, ensuring invoices and supporting documents are complete and compliant with COA and company policies. Record receivables entries, maintain ledgers and sub-ledgers, reconcile vendors, and prepare monthly reports, bank and petty cash reconciliations, and treasury updates for the CFO. Build and update financial models, support VAT and audit tasks, and manage allocations to cost centers for UAE real estate projects.
