Key Responsibilities

  • •Ensure the office space is fully operational and processes run efficiently, handling workplace issues with minimal supervision.
  • •Act as a liaison between employees and the Workplace team, implementing feedback mechanisms and surveys to improve workplace experience.
  • •Work within budget constraints and support workplace leads and project managers on ad-hoc initiatives, including local supervisory tasks when needed.
  • •Ensure full site compliance with the Japanese Industrial Safety and Health Act (ISHA) and local Labor Standards Inspection Office requirements.
  • •Lead statutory Health and Safety Committee monthly, manage occupational physician consultations, coordinate annual health examinations and stress checks, and conduct routine safety inspections.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: JPY 7,500,000 - 9,500,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Solid background in Workplace or Facilities Management.
  • •Class-1 or Class-2 Health Officer License.
  • •Demonstrable financial and data literacy experience, including budget management.
