Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform facility, equipment, and grounds maintenance as directed, in a timely and cost-efficient manner.
  • •Conduct on-site service and repair of equipment and meet at least 90% of estimated repair times.
  • •Execute preventive maintenance and manage reports/data in the CMMS system and pass downs.
  • •Follow standard OSHA/EPA and company safety practices, including PPE use and good housekeeping.
  • •Identify and recommend cost savings; may train other employees or fill in as team lead if needed.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma/GED with 3+ years maintenance experience.
  • •High school diploma/GED with 5+ years in a related field, or 2-year technical school plus 3+ years’ experience.
  • •Journeyman’s Card from an accredited apprentice program preferred.
  • •Knowledge of manufacturing equipment and proven electro/mechanical skills.
  • •Ability to follow safe work practices, including full understanding of LOTO, and communicate effectively.
