Job Summary

Plan and execute wireline operations, coordinating field personnel to ensure safe, high-quality performance for open hole logging, cased hole logging, and perforating services. Select, assemble, test, and operate wireline tools, perforating systems, and pressure control equipment (PCE). Validate well conditions and work programs, enforce HSE and quality procedures, analyze operational risks, support troubleshooting, and produce post-job technical reports and documentation.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead and coordinate operational personnel during field activities.
•Plan and execute open hole logging, cased hole logging, and perforating services.
•Ensure correct selection, assembly, testing, and operation of geophysical logging tools, perforating systems, and pressure control equipment (PCE).
•Validate well operating conditions and work programs; ensure compliance with HSE and quality policies and procedures.
•Identify operational risks, supervise data quality and integrity, provide technical support for equipment/tool issues, and prepare post-operation technical reports and documentation.
