Key Responsibilities

•Perform technical analysis and development activities on projects related to the PASS Insurance suite.
•Work with clients to collect technical requirements, propose suitable implementation approaches, and evaluate impacts.
•Coordinate and guide the team’s technical profiles.
•Collaborate on business transformation projects for major insurance players, including international contexts.
•Support the company and clients in defining appropriate and innovative solutions.

Key Requirements

•In-depth technical knowledge of the PASS Insurance platform.
•Experience with PASS Insurance development technologies: Java, J2EE, Angular, REST and SOAP services, APIs, Spring/Spring Boot, and SQL.
•Strong understanding of insurance processes across non-life (Danni), life (Vita), and claims (Sinistri).
•Proven professional experience in projects involving PASS Insurance platform evolution or client integrations.
•Good English proficiency (spoken and written) plus strong relational, organizational, and communication skills.
