Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and execute engineering strategies that enable rapid experimentation and data-driven decision-making.
  • •Collaborate cross-functionally to optimize key growth metrics and deliver core product initiatives.
  • •Architect and build scalable systems for growth initiatives such as onboarding flows, personalization engines, and viral loops.
  • •Implement A/B testing and data instrumentation to accurately track and measure experiments.
  • •Ensure code quality and continuous delivery while improving performance, security, and scalability.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 5 years of industry experience in frontend or full-stack development building large-scale applications.
  • •Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6)/TypeScript, React, Redux, HTML, CSS, and at least one backend language (Ruby/RoR, Python, or Node.js).
  • •Experience integrating AI tools into a software development workflow, with willingness to stay current on emerging AI technologies.
  • •Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP) and REST APIs.
  • •BS in Computer Science (or equivalent).
