•Lead demand forecasting, capacity planning and utilization reporting across both the Scaled Ops team and the Rev Ops Sales teams.
•Tightly run and improve weekly project staffing and scheduling, allocating agents across new and existing projects with prioritization discussions among stakeholders.
•Maintain a real-time view of active and pipeline projects and distill this into executive briefings on operational health.
•Build consensus around program resources and requirements such as tooling, analytics and reporting.
•Collaborate to build project pipeline to ensure a strong bench of work for handoff if projects wind down early.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: CAD 128,000 - 160,000 annually

Key Requirements

•10+ years of operations experience in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment, with at least 5 years in vendor management, workforce management and/or capacity planning.
