Key Responsibilities

  • •Build and lead Anduril's central maintenance function and Center of Excellence from the ground up—defining the standards, policies, and best practices that every site will run on.
  • •Recruit, develop, and lead a team of maintenance professionals spanning administrative, tactical, and strategic roles.
  • •Partner with site-specific maintenance leaders, providing oversight, mentorship, and a consistent operating model across locations.
  • •Design and deploy systems for work order management, preventative maintenance, equipment selection, and asset tracking.
  • •Support the launch of new and Greenfield facilities and lead maintenance for automation initiatives.

Salary: USD 220,000 - 290,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •10–15 years of maintenance experience, ideally in manufacturing environments.
  • •Based out of Columbus, OH or Costa Mesa, CA with up to 50% travel to support standing up Manufacturing Maintenance across all Anduril sites.
  • •Demonstrated experience building maintenance standards and systems from scratch.
  • •Hands-on experience with OEMs, automated equipment, and standing up Greenfield or early-stage manufacturing facilities.
  • •Background in automotive, aerospace, or heavy industry (e.g., Caterpillar, Boeing, Tier 1 suppliers).
