Key Responsibilities

  • •Patrol assigned parking lots/garages on foot to check parked vehicles (without moving cars).
  • •Provide coverage across multiple locations within the assigned area as needed.
  • •Scan and verify active payments by using the Space Force app to scan license plates.
  • •Issue citations to vehicles that haven’t paid through the app and leave physical notices; in some markets, immobilize repeat violators.
  • •Help customers understand how to pay and walk them through the app as needed.

  • •A valid driver’s license and ability to pass a standard background check and MVR check.
  • •Own a modern smartphone with a reliable data plan to use the Space Force enforcement app.

  • •Ability to be on your feet for several hours outdoors in a working parking lot or garage environment.
  • •18+ years of age and authorized to work in the USA; previous customer service, security, or parking operations experience is a plus.
