Key Responsibilities

  • •Assess and evolve operating models, technology, processes, and organizational opportunities, translating insights into actionable roadmaps.
  • •Lead current-state assessments and design future-state standardized, scalable, auditable, technology-enabled processes.
  • •Conduct value discovery and business value mapping to align transformation investments with strategic objectives and measurable outcomes.
  • •Communicate and influence the AI and technology-enabled change agenda, driving productivity improvements and capability strengthening across NTAM India.
  • •Provide regional capability and talent leadership across key functions in India, representing the role in governance forums and decision-making bodies.

Key Requirements

  • •20+ years of overall experience with a minimum 10 years of relevant Asset Management experience.
  • •Strong asset management domain knowledge including process transformation, operating model design, AI/automation, and data literacy.
  • •Proven track record leading transformational change initiatives and driving adoption across global, matrixed organizations.
  • •Experience assessing risk, identifying opportunities, communicating solutions, and driving meaningful change across complex stakeholders.
  • •Ability to lead and build authentic, high-performing teams while fostering accountability and strong partner engagement.
