Sales Order Processing Analyst

Manage the end-to-end sales order flow, from order entry through invoicing, ensuring timely and accurate processing in the system. Coordinate with sales, logistics, and local SOP market teams to meet stock availability and delivery schedules. Handle customer inquiries and order issues, including adjustments, cancellations, and refunds. Identify improvements to streamline order management, and provide reporting and analytics on sales order metrics.
