Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead all day-to-day operations of the bakery and retail outlet while ensuring adherence to brand standards.
  • •Take full P&L responsibility, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting to drive revenue and manage costs.
  • •Recruit, train, mentor, and manage bakers, baristas, and retail staff, fostering a positive team culture.
  • •Maintain premium standards for product quality, presentation, and consistency from production through point of sale.

Key Requirements
