Job Summary

Support the EMEA Regional Finance team as a finance partner for Gurugram and London stakeholders. Prepare and enhance EMEA management reporting (P&L, KPIs, AUM, monetization, deployments), budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis, and deliver executive-ready board packs. Own elements of entity controllership, month-end/year-end close under GAAP/IFRS, audits and filings, and drive finance process automation using reporting and analytics tools.

Key Responsibilities

•Assist with quarterly consolidated EMEA management reporting packs, including P&L analysis, key metrics, and management analytics.
•Support OPEX reporting coordination with offshore and local finance stakeholders.
•Prepare EMEA annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and long-range financial models across business lines, profit centres, cost centres, and legal entities.
•Own month-end and year-end close processes under local GAAP and IFRS, including journals, reconciliations, IFRS 2 share-based payment accounting, and revenue recognition activities.
•Support finance process automation and improvement initiatives using Excel, Power BI, SAP Analytics Cloud, OneStream, and similar reporting platforms.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
•Qualified chartered accountant with ~5 years post-qualified experience.
•Experience in FP&A, management reporting, financial control, corporate/business finance (ideally in financial services, asset management, private equity, investment banking, or large global corporate environments).
•Experience preparing senior management packs and executive-level financial analysis with KPI reporting and clear commentary.
•Experience in entity controllership covering month-end/year-end close activities (journal entries, accruals, prepayments, and balance sheet reconciliations).
