Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist with quarterly consolidated EMEA management reporting packs, including P&L analysis, key metrics, and management analytics.
  • •Support OPEX reporting coordination with offshore and local finance stakeholders.
  • •Prepare EMEA annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and long-range financial models across business lines, profit centres, cost centres, and legal entities.
  • •Own month-end and year-end close processes under local GAAP and IFRS, including journals, reconciliations, IFRS 2 share-based payment accounting, and revenue recognition activities.
  • •Support finance process automation and improvement initiatives using Excel, Power BI, SAP Analytics Cloud, OneStream, and similar reporting platforms.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
  • •Qualified chartered accountant with ~5 years post-qualified experience.
  • •Experience in FP&A, management reporting, financial control, corporate/business finance (ideally in financial services, asset management, private equity, investment banking, or large global corporate environments).
  • •Experience preparing senior management packs and executive-level financial analysis with KPI reporting and clear commentary.
  • •Experience in entity controllership covering month-end/year-end close activities (journal entries, accruals, prepayments, and balance sheet reconciliations).
