Key Responsibilities

  • •Originate and deepen relationships with multinational corporations investing and expanding into mainland China to drive inbound revenue.
  • •Take end-to-end ownership of the assigned Global Network Banking portfolio, executing strategy and managing P&L, funding, liquidity, risk control, and performance.
  • •Act as primary liaison for overseas sites to support onboarding and banking for global clients entering China; coordinate to capture FDI opportunities.
  • •Formulate and execute business strategies to acquire new-to-bank overseas corporations in China and broaden relationships with multinational subsidiaries.
  • •Maintain high-quality credit standards, uphold regulatory compliance, mitigate risks, and achieve revenue and profitability KPIs including RORWA.

Key Requirements

  • •Proven track record of progressive business development, sales, and credit experience (or equivalent).
  • •Extensive knowledge of and proven business success with banking products and services, including industry standards.
  • •Entrepreneurial mindset with strong negotiation skills and ability to optimize commercial opportunities.
  • •Demonstrated relationship management and client engagement experience with multinational corporates.
  • •Excellent spoken and written English skills; proficiency in other languages is an advantage.
