Production Team Member

Safely and efficiently produce precast concrete products to high-quality standards. The role includes reading and interpreting drawings and blueprints, cutting and placing steel rebar, preparing and filling steel molds with concrete, finishing fresh concrete, and disassembling molds after curing. You’ll also support facility maintenance and housekeeping, handle product yarding and truck loading, and follow safety-focused, team-oriented work expectations.
