Key Responsibilities

  • •Serve as Compliance Owner for off-the-shelf systems (OTS), advising on finance and compliance aspects to ensure technology and processes meet needs while adhering to risk management, SoD, and access control standards.
  • •Develop, configure, and implement Oracle finance solutions and ensure seamless integration with existing Oracle systems while maintaining controls around user access, security, and compliance.
  • •Support testing phases for finance systems operations and risk mitigation, ensuring segregation of duties and access controls are correctly implemented across development and testing.
  • •Regularly assess and improve Oracle finance systems and processes to enhance efficiency, mitigate risks, and ensure compliance with SOX and internal access control policies.
  • •Evaluate upstream change impacts on finance systems, reports, and access controls, and resolve software/technical issues in coordination with business and tech teams.

Key Requirements

  • •Over 5 years of experience managing finance system projects and operations in ERP, with strong Oracle Fusion Finance configuration and compliance, access control, and risk management knowledge.
  • •Extensive experience configuring and optimizing Oracle Fusion Finance systems and ensuring seamless integration with financial processes while adhering to SOX and regulatory standards.
  • •In-depth understanding of finance systems (Oracle Fusion Finance) with a demonstrated ability to apply segregation of duties (SoD) and access control policies.
  • •Ability to manage and influence stakeholders across finance, IT, and business teams to align on project objectives and risk mitigation strategies.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or related field; a professional accounting qualification is a plus.
