Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide technical leadership across packaging aspects of product development, launch, and maintenance, including guidance to internal teams and external vendors.
  • •Define, develop, and launch packaging requirements, and conduct aftercare for innovation projects with lifecycle product quality improvements.
  • •Manage technical execution of packaging development with cross-functional teams and vendors, ensuring requirements are communicated and understood.
  • •Oversee packaging design for compliance with company policies/quality standards and optimization for manufacturability and cost, including documentation supervision.
  • •Create packaging drawings and technical specifications, drive packaging test execution, analyze performance, and report results in line with regulatory standards.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Packaging Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Design Engineering, or related technical field.
  • •Minimum 3 years’ experience in packaging design and/or manufacturing, including paperboard, corrugated structures, and structural packaging design.
  • •Track record developing consumer-related product packaging from concept through market launch, including industrialization.
  • •Working knowledge of tools such as Autodesk AutoCAD, Esko ArtiosCAD, CAPE Pack, Adobe Illustrator, SolidWorks, or PTC Creo.
  • •Knowledge of ISTA testing protocols, international shipping/transportation standards, and packaging materials (paper/carton, plastics).
