Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and manage project commissions, taking responsibility for end-to-end service delivery on large or complex projects.
  • •Act as the day-to-day client interface, ensuring objectives are met and projects are delivered to time, cost targets and quality standards.
  • •Establish project governance, processes and systems; prepare and maintain master project plans and schedules.
  • •Develop resource plans, procure resources, and lead cross-functional project teams to achieve targets.
  • •Identify and manage project risks, implement mitigations, monitor KPI performance and oversee change control.

Key Requirements

  • •Degree qualification (Civil Engineering)
  • •Experience on large scheme projects (£100m plus)
  • •Preferably chartered/qualified with ICE, APM, RICS, etc.
