Key Responsibilities

  • •Install, troubleshoot, service, and maintain imaging equipment at customer sites using electronic, mechanical, and networking knowledge
  • •Provide exceptional customer service by aligning with entitlements, setting expectations, and meeting commitments to address customer needs
  • •Participate in regional work teams, improve processes and identify training gaps, pursue qualification in multiple modalities
  • •Complete administrative duties (timesheets, service orders, PMs, FCOs, installation documents) per Philips and regulatory requirements
  • •Travel approximately 70% across the geography, with 1-4 hour daily drives and occasional overnight travel

Salary: USD 29 - 45 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •1+ years in a diagnostic imaging service environment or 3+ years in other electromechanical industries; experience with diagnostic x-ray/cardiovascular/cath labs/image guided therapy equipment preferred
  • •associate degree in electronics or related field, or equivalent
  • •ability to install, diagnose, repair equipment using electronic, mechanical, and networking theory and tools
  • •ability to work in a hospital/healthcare environment, office/home office, and remote settings; flexible hours including overtime and weekends
  • •ability to safely work with radiation sources and wear required PPE
