Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the implementation, maintenance, and continual improvement of the Integrated Management System (IMS) across manufacturing plants.
  • •Ensure compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 50001, and IATF 16949; plan and lead internal, external, customer, and certification audits.
  • •Develop and implement QEHS policies and programs; conduct risk assessments, incident/accident investigations, and oversee emergency response and drills.
  • •Manage product stewardship and regulatory compliance for trading products, including SDS management, chemical inventory control, and monitoring legal/regulatory changes.
  • •Provide multi-site QEHS leadership by coordinating site visits/inspections, managing KPIs, leading QEHS training plans, overseeing budgets, and coaching QEHS personnel.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 10 years of experience in manufacturing operations, preferably in chemical, automotive, or related industries.
  • •Minimum 5 years in a managerial QEHS leadership role, including experience with multi-site manufacturing operations.
  • •Strong working knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 50001, and IATF 16949, plus product stewardship requirements.
  • •Experience dealing with government authorities, external auditors, and certification bodies, including audit management.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related fields; Master’s degree is an advantage, and Lead Auditor certification is preferred.
