Job Summary

Own core Identity platform workstreams, designing and building high-availability authentication and authorization services in Go with end-to-end responsibility from design through production operations. Lead OIDC and SAML integrations for enterprise SSO, extend policy authorization using Rego/OPA, and improve reliability through Kubernetes and modernized data pipelines. Help strengthen security against credential stuffing and other threats, while mentoring engineers through code reviews and design feedback.

Key Responsibilities

•Design and develop high-availability, low-latency authentication and authorization services in Go with end-to-end ownership.
•Lead implementation of OIDC and SAML integrations, enabling federated SSO for enterprise customers and global partners.
•Extend the Policy Engine using Rego/OPA for advanced resource-level permissions and scalable authorization logic.
•Contribute IAM foundations for AI workloads, including secure token exchange patterns and identity context propagation for agentic workflows.
•Drive reliability improvements (Kubernetes tuning, data pipeline modernization), participate in on-call, and mentor junior engineers through code reviews and design feedback.

Key Requirements

•4–7 years of software engineering experience, with at least 1–2 years focused on Identity (AuthN/AuthZ), Security Products, or high-scale Distributed Systems.
•Strong proficiency in Go and solid understanding of gRPC microservices architecture.
•Working knowledge of identity protocols (OIDC, OAuth2, SAML) and access control models (RBAC, ABAC, PBAC), including reasoning about trade-offs.
•Solid understanding of consensus, replication, and partitioning to design systems that behave correctly under failure conditions.
•Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, SQL (MySQL), and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform).
