Key Responsibilities

  • •Define and drive the digital product vision, including best-in-class future-state user experience and integrated delivery roadmap.
  • •Prioritize and manage the roadmap through the agile delivery lifecycle, regularly re-evaluating priorities for user and business value.
  • •Use OKRs and a north star metric to measure, optimize, and ensure teams focus on highest-value work.
  • •Lead discovery and produce customer-centric research deliverables such as research briefs, personas, story maps, prototyping, and product charters.
  • •Enable cross-channel strategy by integrating digital products and platforms (e.g., web, mobile, voice, in person) to drive adoption and engagement.
