Key Responsibilities

•Lead industrial design development from concept exploration through to manufacturing.
•Collaborate closely with engineering, product management, marketing, UX/UI, CMF, and user research to deliver cohesive product experiences.
•Drive alignment across cross-functional teams (UX/UI, CMF, ME/EE, acoustics, PM, marketing) and clearly rationalize tradeoffs.
•Balance design intent with technical feasibility, cost, performance, and schedule constraints throughout development.
•Uphold design intent across development phases, ensuring a high level of craft, refinement, and design quality in final products.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 126,400 - 173,800 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Industrial Design or equivalent experience.
•10+ years of professional industrial design experience.
•Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, KeyShot, and Siemens NX, SolidWorks, and/or Rhino.
•Experience designing consumer electronics with premium build, tight tolerances, and high volume manufacturing is highly preferred
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to tell the story and drive alignment with stakeholders.
