Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform preventative maintenance inspections and service machines (cleaning, oiling, lubricating, belt changes, etc.) to ensure optimal operation
  • •Diagnose root causes of unexpected breakdowns and repair quickly and efficiently to decrease downtime
  • •Record and report damaged, worn, or broken parts and order/install replacements as needed
  • •Clean, organize, inventory, and maintain shop areas, parts, tools, and supplies
  • •Coordinate with managers to schedule regular maintenance and collaborate on product additions and machinery modifications

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or equivalent
  • •Vocational certificate in a relevant field (welding, maintenance, electrical, etc.) preferred
  • •Experience in a manufacturing environment and mechanical aptitude
  • •Ability to read and understand schematics and blueprints to diagnose equipment problems
  • •Ability to take and pass internal required testing
