Job Summary

Build trusted relationships with consumer and business customers by engaging in-person, by appointment, and virtually. Assess customers’ banking needs, gather account information, and educate clients on deposit and loan products and self-service digital tools. Provide an excellent client experience, process basic transactions, open accounts, complete service requests, and submit credit applications. Partner with branch teams to deliver accurate, operationally excellent service while maintaining NMLS registration requirements.

•Must complete and maintain NMLS registration under the SAFE Act and Regulation Z, including passing required background and credit checks.
