Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage projects from sale to launch
  • •Prepare and edit submission documents for pharmaceutical regulatory processes
  • •Perform editorial and correctness QC on all submission materials
  • •Coordinate with Account, Creative, Technology, and Event teams to execute projects
  • •Track timelines/deliverables using project management software and online submissions systems, providing status updates and interpreting regulatory comments

Key Requirements

  • •1-2 years of experience in pharmaceutical advertising or an equivalent fast-paced environment
  • •Solid Microsoft Office experience, especially Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • •Knowledge of Adobe InDesign and project management software is a plus
  • •Strong organizational and analytical skills with high attention to detail
  • •Ability to multitask, adjust priorities, meet deadlines, and follow quality standards
