Area Service Manager

Lead service repair, upgrades/enhancements, service agreements, and new equipment installations for the district, partnering with sales on service agreement pricing and contract parts/service execution. Own P&L responsibilities including monthly revenue forecasting, margin expectations, budget control, risk mitigation, invoicing, and cash flow. Oversee service coordination, technician training and staffing, and drive continuous improvement to enhance customer satisfaction while ensuring environmental, health, and safety compliance.
