Key Responsibilities

•Strategically design and implement integrated ERP solutions with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & SCM, tailoring ERP systems to global business needs and translating customer requirements into actionable designs.
•Lead project milestones and define metrics to evaluate ERP system performance and project success throughout the lifecycle, coordinating cross-functional teams.
•Guide client adoption of ERP solutions, maintain strong relationships, and ensure stakeholders are empowered to use ERP systems effectively in agile project environments.
•Analyze complex interfaces and apply modern architecture concepts to create innovative ERP landscapes and design documentation for critical processes.
•Collaborate with sales/engagement teams to shape ERP project strategies and ensure high-quality delivery across multiple industries.

Key Requirements

•Experience in consulting, design and integration of ERP systems, with a focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & SCM
•Deep process knowledge across Supply Chain, Finance, Logistics, Production, Retail and/or Project modules to tailor scalable ERP solutions
•Ability to shape sales strategies in ERP projects and define/measures KPI for ERP success
•Strong communication and presentation skills in German and English (minimum B2) and ability to clearly communicate complex topics in an agile team
•Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Informatics, Economics or a related field
