Job Summary

Help strategic Autodesk customers adopt and activate key workflows through technical coaching and enablement. You’ll run discovery calls, deliver 1:many live group sessions, and act as a trusted automation-focused advisor—especially in AEC environments. Build and maintain enablement content for customer workflow challenges, and demonstrate product and technical expertise using Autodesk technology, Cloud APIs, and API automation tools to drive measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

•Deliver product and workflow coaching sessions that help strategic customers adopt Autodesk solutions and activate key workflows.
•Conduct coaching discovery calls to understand customer workflows, adoption barriers, learning needs, and desired outcomes.
•Lead live coaching and scalable group enablement sessions for end users, including workflow-specific guidance.
•Act as a technical trusted advisor to demonstrate thought leadership and product expertise to achieve business outcomes.
•Develop, update, and maintain enablement content, learning resources, and digital assets for coaching delivery and workflow challenges.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 76,000 - 136,730 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
•Minimum 5 years’ experience in a related field.
•Advanced knowledge of Architecture, Engineering and Construction (AEC) technologies and automation building blocks.
•Experience supporting Cloud APIs and API testing tools such as Postman to test and automate API workflows.
•Ability to construct and send HTTP requests, handle JSON responses, and communicate complex technical details to live or virtual audiences.
