Compliance Training Specialist

Support AML/KYC training and learning initiatives across compliance operations. You will onboard new hires, run knowledge assessments and coaching, create and maintain training materials, align training with regulatory updates, and track effectiveness with reporting for senior management, while providing floor support to reduce errors and gaps.
