Key Responsibilities

  • •Establish and maintain the process framework guiding the transformation journey across Project Falcon.
  • •Define and govern business process framework, standards, and lifecycle controls for multiple workstreams.
  • •Develop end-to-end process designs capturing system interactions, business rules, controls, data dependencies, exceptions, and hand-offs.
  • •Manage the process repository, ensuring ownership, version control, traceability, and accessibility.
  • •Translate approved process designs into inputs for functional specifications, configuration decisions, and testing, including validating configured SAP solutions.

Key Requirements

  • •Significant experience in business process management within large-scale ERP, enterprise systems, or transformation programmes.
  • •Experience supporting or leading SAP S/4HANA, ERP, or digital transformation initiatives is desirable.
  • •Strong process modelling expertise and experience implementing process governance frameworks.
  • •Track record creating detailed process designs that cover controls, systems, data flows, integrations, and operational hand-offs.
  • •Ability to translate business process requirements into configuration, functional design, and testing scenarios.
