Job Summary

Own accurate, timely tax cost estimate delivery for globally mobile assignments within RTX’s Mobility Payroll & Tax team. Review and process cost estimate requests, manage tax positions in Equus, and oversee bid/proposal and accrual deliverables. Govern delivery metrics and SLAs, drive process updates to standard work, support auditors, and provide subject-matter expertise on mobility package and tax equalization concepts while collaborating across Mobility, HR, finance, and COE stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

•Review incoming cost estimate requests for data quality, gather additional information, and enter/track data using Equus and SNOW.
•Prepare, review, and oversee tax cost estimate deliverables for bid/proposals, tax accruals, active assignment estimates, and one-off requests.
•Manage tax positions within the Equus platform and ensure standard work is updated timely while driving process improvements.
•Govern metrics and SLAs for cost estimate delivery to internal stakeholders and document requirements/activities for automated assignment lifecycle flow.
•Support internal/external audit requests, provide mobility package/tax equalization subject-matter expertise, and collaborate with Mobility COE, Operations, HR, tax, payroll, and finance.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree with at least 5 years of prior global mobility experience, or an advanced degree with at least 3 years of experience.
•At least 5 years of experience with tax cost estimates and global mobility.
•At least 1–2 years of experience with the Equus platform.
•Ability to manage, coach, develop, and train a team.
•Excellent Excel and data analysis skills with strong analytical problem-solving.
