Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and manage the operations team in China, including coaching, mentoring, performance management, and building leadership bench strength.
  • •Drive safety, budgetary, and people-development objectives for the entire fulfillment network in the country.
  • •Optimize fulfillment service levels and costs, supporting on-time launches for new logistics products.
  • •Oversee activities at DCs and transportation, including inventory management and shipping/receiving to meet quality standards and financial benchmarks.
  • •Develop and implement quality, process change, and Lean initiatives, working cross-functionally to secure resources and support operational excellence.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s Degree (MBA qualification preferred).
  • •10+ years management experience in B2B and/or B2C fulfillment operations and cross-border logistics.
  • •3+ years experience selecting, appointing, and managing large 3PL contracts.
  • •5+ years project or program management experience.
  • •Experience in freight forwarding or FIATA rules/regulations, and knowledge of trade/compliance.
