Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive governance and controls oversight for fair value/prudent adjustments and the accounting framework critical to accurate financial statement reporting.
  • •Help design and implement an agile operating model to standardize Product Control controls globally, driving efficiencies through IT and change.
  • •Lead monitoring of Product Control control frameworks and tools, ensuring resilience and compliance with internal/external policies including FIM.
  • •Build and maintain a technically focused team of finance professionals and define strategy and complex decision-making for the global model governance framework.
  • •Ensure end-to-end Product Control processes and operational risk governance are understood, risks remediated timely, and compliance with regulatory standards is met; liaise with audit and regulators as needed.

Key Requirements

  • •University graduates in finance/economics or quantitative disciplines (Math/Physics/Engineering), with c. 10 years of relevant experience; master’s in finance/MBA or CA/CPA is an advantage.
  • •Significant Product Control experience with knowledge of GM products, accounting, valuations, controls, systems and models.
  • •Strong analytical skills and a proactive approach to problem solving.
  • •Experience leading and handling large teams with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • •Strong written and oral communication, presentation skills, and professional integrity.
