Key Responsibilities

  • •Read production schedules, customer orders, work orders, shipping orders, or requisitions to determine items to move, gather, or distribute.
  • •Transport, sort, and place materials or items into storage or designated areas; assemble customer orders onto pallets.
  • •Use manual and automated material handling equipment to pick, load, and unload trailers of palletized and non-palletized product.
  • •Record quantities received/distributed, enter records on computer, and perform cycle counts with documentation.
  • •Follow safety and hygiene guidelines, keep work areas clean and aisles/exits clear, and support 5S Continuous Improvement initiatives.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or GED and/or 1-year production experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • •Previous experience with Oracle or a similar WMS system.
