Key Responsibilities

  • •Own KYB product vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmap aligned with company objectives and market opportunities.
  • •Lead product delivery from concept to launch and continuous optimization, partnering across Engineering, Design, Data Science, Compliance, Partnerships, Product Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success.
  • •Track portfolio performance using product health metrics and business KPIs (adoption, customer satisfaction, and financial performance).
  • •Champion AI-first product thinking by embedding AI/ML into KYB workflows and improving decisioning, while ensuring solutions are scalable, explainable, and compliant.
  • •Build, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of Product Managers and establish product management practices and operating rhythms for cross-functional execution.

Key Requirements

  • •15+ years of experience in software/technology/product organizations, including 10+ years in Product Management with increasing leadership responsibility.
  • •Experience leading and scaling product organizations, including mentoring and developing Product Managers.
  • •Proven success defining product vision and delivering enterprise SaaS products from strategy through execution and commercialization.
  • •Deep experience in Identity, KYB, Digital Identity, FinTech, Fraud Prevention, Payments, Risk, or RegTech markets.
  • •Strong executive leadership skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams and align stakeholders around a product vision.
