Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist in managing the Private Equity Transfer Agency team in Limerick, including organising workload and team members efficiently
  • •Ensure calls/distributions and investor reporting are completed accurately and on time
  • •Improve and prepare client reporting while meeting regulatory filing deadlines and service levels
  • •Provide leadership through training/coaching, create a respectful work environment, and support risk understanding
  • •Liaise with clients and external auditors, address audit queries, and support departmental strategic goals and offshore/onshore automation initiatives

Key Requirements

  • •Relevant work experience
  • •Operational experience in a similar Private Equity role
  • •Working knowledge of Sungard Investran
  • •Excellent attention to detail and numerically competent with strong prioritisation and multi-tasking
  • •Excellent PC skills, especially MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; ability to communicate clearly and concisely
